I have been working ALL morning on my LO for the "The first time I saw" challenge....all morning...I never work that long on a LO, EVER!!! But I was really into it, and the journaling....

DH, God bless him, decides he is going to do some electrical work...huh??? Anyway, I digress....needless to say he pulled the circuit breaker....all the power out....the LO...gone

I was so into it, I never saved it. I'm beyond pissy with myself!!!!
 
Oh man, Amy. That is just aweful beyond words. I'd be kicking myself too, but dh (if mine worked on the electric) would be in big trouble for not telling me :mad:
 
Oh I am sooo sooo sorry! I have done that, and it really really bites. I'm so paranoid now about saving every couple of minutes.
 
OK well at least you can blame DH and not yourself for closing the layout instead of an element or something like I always do! Sorry Amy!
 
Grrr, I hate when that crap happens! I had my 2 year old pull the power strip out of the wall once. I'd saved my LO, but done most of my work since the initial save, so I can empathize with having to start over. Maybe you'll like the second version better (I'm trying to look on the bright side :))
 
I can totally relate! I didn't lose my LO, but I did lose all this heartfelt journaling coz DH's cat fell on the voltage regulator in her sleep. In the end I did away with journaling altogether and just felt too tired to do it all over :( I am SO sorry this has happened to you Amy :( **hugs**
 
Aw, that SUCKS. I can't tell you how many times that has happened to me. And I never learn from it and save as I go....I get to into it too....
 
Oh that completely sucks, Amy!!

That happened to me earlier today...I thought I was closing out of an element, and I had actually closed out of my page instead...didn't realize it until my page disappeared and the dang element was still open. Grr!!!
