So, I'm posting about my weight loss journey for everyone to see...

you're doing fabulously! keep up the hard work! and yes, you look wonderful, but I thought you did before too. I know what you mean about not liking how you look and you're working on that in a sage, permanent way which is awesome!

WTG!!!!

Last weekend, I was asked when I was due. I told her that I was due 12 yrs ago! :)

I'm starting 30-days Shred exercise to take care of it from today! :)

Woohoo, way to go Traci! Great tips! The hubs & I have been doing Paleo (which is like a stricter version of clean eating - no grains, dairy or beans) since February and I'm kind of amazed at the difference it's making. Plus it's been nowhere as difficult to stick with as I thought it would be. :D

Honestly Traci, you are pretty at any weight. I will be cheering for you as you go through this journey and using your tips to help me with my own. :)

Thank you so much for posting that. I need to read that. I'm 205lbs and I want to lose weight but just don't know where to start or how to do it. I keep telling myself that I can "always do it later" but that usually means never. I think that today is a good day to start. :)

Traci, I think you look amazing! I love your story on the blog too. The pics are cute.

How are you finding the new WW program now? Is it the same as last years (Points Plus?) I was thinking about re-signing up a couple of weeks ago, but was looking for no sign-up fee promotion.

Traci - I loved reading about your weight loss history... sounds pretty much exactly like mine. (And FWIW - in your end of school photo, I don't think you look like you are overweight at ALL!! Stupid BMI. And I actually think you look great in your headshot photos ).

I've been up and down with my weight like a yoyo most of my life... In high school I always thought I was "fat" when the most I weighed there was about 56kg (about 123 pounds). Looking back, I wish I was that "fat" again LOL! After Lola was born I got up to about 85kg (190lb) which wasn't too much different to my weight before I was pregnant with her LOL.

Recently I got back down to about 63 kg (138lb) and was super happy because it was the least I've weighed since I was married. BUT it was all because of the stress I had last year PLUS I was nursing, so I got used to being able to eat what I wanted and would burn the calories without any work, and in the couple of months since Lola has weaned, I've noticed it coming back :( I weighed myself last night and yup... back up to 67kg :(

So it was nice to read your post - gives me some motivation to do something about it now before it gets out of hand again. When I've only got 4kg to lose and not 20kg - LOL!

Leah - it seems to be about the same...

Zoe - you've always looked so thin I can't believe you've ever weighed as much as me!

YAY Traci! This is such an inspiring post! (and it makes me wanna do an extra round of exercise today, lol) :)

LOL Traci - why do you think I went through a stage where I had the same avatar for about... oh... two years?? LOL! And I would always shoot my photos from above to avoid the multi-chin haha ;)

thank you for sharing this! you're looking awesome :)
i'm also into losing weight but not serious about it. it motivates me when i read something like this, so thanks again :)
