picked a LO to spin and gotten started and only THEN did you realize just how much detail was on the LO? I picked one of sugarink's to spin last night and that's what I found. Just glancing at it in her gallery made it look pretty straightforward but once I really started picking it apart I realized she had put so many fun little details into it. :thumbup:

I think the spin turned out awesome and it really made me think outside my own box. My pages tend to be pretty simple with not a lot of layering and hers forced me to take my LO farther than I normally would have. :thumbup: One more reason I love the challenges here!

LOL, I do that. But I love that it makes me do stuff I normally wouldn't.

yep! it never fails when i pick one that i think is going to be easy and fast it turns into one that takes longer than the rest...LOL

Yep, I learned the hard way. Never pick the highly detailed ones- just ooooh and ahhhh from a distance LOL

I say there is nothing wrong with leaving out stuff when lifting. Or adding new stuff of your own .

Heather, I'm glad you took a chance on lifting one of my pages and as far as I know, you did a really fabulous job with it! It just amazes me when I'm challenged to think outside of the box and just seeing the results turn out better than I expected. There's alot of talented scrappers from SSD that create such amazing pages that have my eyes literally stuck on the screen, just admiring their creativity and it just inspires me to do the best I can with my own pages. Anyways, thank you Heather for sharing this with us!
