that between my pre-op and post-op weight losses, I have officially lost 101 lbs!!

I know some people wouldn't count the pre-op weight loss, but it's part of my journey and I think it should be counted. :)

I just want to thank you all for your support during this time. There were days I wanted to give up and then I'd get little messages etc and it made me want to keep going.
 
Wow, that is really amazing Paula, I'm looking forward to seeing before and after pictures ... and I would totally count your pre-op loss! How are you feeling?
 
That is fantastic news, I should have some of your before and after photographs in my kitchen as a motivator for my own weight loss journey xx
 
You should DEFINITELY count the pre-op loss!! I want to see some pics! I bet you're looking so amazing! Congrats!
 
Umm can I say that that is amazing?? Your pre-op should totally count and it is pretty awesome for you as well! I too can't wait to see your before/after.

Thank you all so much!! I am feeling great! I am actually getting out and walking every day and it feels good to be more mobile. I'll work on my photos and post them for you all to see. I first have to find where I hid them. LOL
 
That's awesome Paula!! You should totally count your pre-op loss. Way to go chickie!! I can't wait to see your photos!!!
 
congrats, Paula!! today I discovered that I lost 8kg (I dont know how this is lb) and I'm happy!
you have all reasons to be proud! :)
