I am still trying to figure out things here so I am sorry if this has been asked or is posted somewhere already. I was just wondering about the titles by everyone's name. I used to be a "sugar baby" now I am a "sweetie pie". I am just curious how they change and why

That just changes with the amount of posts you make. The more you post, the further you move up and your title will change.
