Silly Question about posting pictures

Sorry if this is posted somewhere...I have a really bad headache and can't do much searching today.....

How do you post pictures...say from photobucket...in your reply? I am used to using a toggle button to post pictures from PB (on a baby message board I belong to) but there isn't a toggle button here.

Can someone please help me!?!?!?!?! I feel so lost!

I did manage to post one LO in my gallery a while back but it took me forever to get the size small enough! I am soooo new to this kind of forum! LOL

If you use the picture/mountain button you only need to use the direct link.... if you want to paste it directly you use the [IMG codes
