I made this layout for the top 10 bingo challenge.
The template I used is from Cindy Schneider and is called 'Life is Tweet'. I'm only not sure it's available in the shop. It was a participation prize a few years ago. I love that the photos form a heart.

 
You can also use any template, and just use a large photo spot for journalling to list your top 10 things in bullet form like I did here.

 
Another favorite of mine is this one. I already used it several times.
