Not specifically a thank you card, but it can easily be modified...maybe replacing "sweet" with "thank" and putting a large "U" where the 16 is.

Choose a card you like, lift it and change the sentiment to Thank You - most cards are interchangable, honestly

I made a bunch of sets of "thank you" cards for teacher gifts for Christmas. The bases were all like this quilt card below but only with a ribbon and one stamped "thank you" layer. I made quite a variety of bases with all of Libby's beautiful kits :thumbup:
