Show me layouts with bottle caps

I saw the bottle caps in Nickel and Dime Store Kitchen by Krystal and Melissa

I know years ago I was hoping to find digi bottle caps but now I can't remember how I wanted to use them. Please help me jog my memory by showing me your favorite layouts that use bottle caps.
 
I don't have any layouts, but seeing those bottlecaps took me back... to digiscapping circa 2007 :p

The ones in that kit are WAY better than the ones I used to scrap with though :D
 
I use bottle caps the same way I would any circular element, like epoxy. Here's one I did with Nickel and Dime Store Kitchen.



And yeah, I won't show you any of my LOs from when bottlecaps were a big trend. I probably did use them more creatively when I was using them all the time, but I don't think you'd find much inspiration in my older LOs, LOL.
 
Do any other kits in the store have bottlecaps in them? Thinking I feel a need to scrap with them ... nice thing is ... no bump in the scrapbook (I have some coca cola bottle caps from a paper manufacturer but could never put in scrapbook because of the bulk) ...

Totally! That was my first thought at seeing the the thread title. I still have some bottlecaps that I did back then (real ones scanned and extracted, some with fun beads inside, etc.) and I think they are so cute but I don't really scrap with them. I'm sure I'll use them for a project at some point. :)
 
I think that Melissa did a beautiful job on the bottle caps in both kits. I'll be putting that kitchen kit in my wish list! They really make a lot of sense in both kits -- giving them a vintage, summer flair!
