Nope, they often look like pimples when they are just studs and the rings are scary to get caught on things and pull out.
 
I vote yes :) I think they're so cute and would get one if Jordan wouldn't kill me.
Plus, like Sophie said, if you hate it just take it out. No harm no foul :)

ETA: Aren't you going back to school for nursing? A nose piercing might have a negative impact on finding a job.

Absolutely! :) I think you have the perfect nose for it and you would look totally hawt! I would have mine done if my boss wouldn't totally freak. I had it done years ago and loved it. Back when I first had it though (about 10 years ago) people were always freaking about it and I just got annoyed with having to take it in and out for work so much. So if you are able to get it without having to worry about taking it in and out. GO FOR IT! It can be removed and you'd never know. :)
 
I really miss my pierced nose. DO IT! Just promise me you'll do it at a proper piercing place that uses needles, not a gun. :)
 
I'd totally get one if I didn't have a giant nose that didn't really need accentuating. :unsure:

It's better than a tattoo *shrug* You can get rid of it if you don't like it.

the swelling is bad for a few days. but if you wash it ALOT like they tell you too, it's not bad. I think I had the cleanest nose in Tucson for about a month after I got mine done.
 
I didn't swell, nor did it get infected or have an issue with snot..LOL

When I took it out there was no issue, the hole closed and you can't even tell it was there..

OUCH!!! I'm a big coward, so heck no...they do that with a needle LOL!

Personally, I don't like piercings...ears are about all I can deal with. But at least if you do it and don't like it, you can take it out. I always wonder about the kids I saw at the HS I worked at...the 15 and 16 yr olds who had those disks the size of quarters stretching out the holes in their ears...where will they be at 50 and 60? Will they still want to wear those gigantic ugly things? And if not, will they like the look of long saggy earlobes with big old holes in them?

Ok, ramble over...back to regularly scheduled programming.

I'm just messing with you all. I couldn't do it b/c of a bad upper ear piercing experience, but I'm not saying they're ugly or anything. Lizzy will be hot no matter what (unless she DOES get infected, which could lead to pink eye, and then brain rot)--not sure how hot that would be.

do it. I did over 2 years ago. No issues with it. No dirty ol' man pierced me, either - it was a young tatted & pierced guy. I am a sissy & it hurt. My eyes watered and I flinched.

I had to give it up when I moved into the banking world this past July. Sucked. :( But it closed up - no issue, no scar - nada.
 
Absolutely not. They are so distracting when you're talking to someone. I always just wind up staring at their nose.

I've got a brush that's FILLED with sparkle. It doesn't leave holes. :p


And I'm not conservative, I just think nose piercings are gross.

I want my nose done again ... and my lip and my eyebrow ... but I'm a freak like that - to go with my tongue piercing that I've had for over 7 years.
 
Well I want an upper ear one done . I've always wanted one. It'll give me an excuse to wear the diamond studs my g'ma left me!

I don't like big ones on the nose, but little sparkly studs can be cute on the right face ... and I think you've got the face, Lizzster.
 
I want my eyebrow done, but I know Tony would kill me. I think about it all the time! I just want a little ring in there. I haven't pierced anything aside from my ears.

So yes. I would!
