Hey guys

I just wanted to let you know that we're having quite a few issues with downloads not working and orders being queued when they should be set to processed, so since it's 3:30am and I'm not going to get much tech support at this hour, I've shut the store down so we dont have tons of unhappy customers while I sleep. I've sent off mails to people who can help and hopefully we'll get this resolved first thing in the morning.

I thought we had done plenty of testing but it looks like with the high volume we're having problems we didnt anticipate - you guys know we'll make it right as quickly as possible for those of you who have already ordered and for those of you who want to place orders.

I hope you get it fixed soon, I know how frustrating it can be.
Take care of yourself first, being up at 3am worrying about this stuff is not good!!
 
AWWWW Darn!! I just woke up and ran to the store to shop and got the closed message! I'm sorry you are having trouble Robin! Get some sleep!
 
Oh no, I hope the bugs are worked out soon. (I'm glad I at least browsed last night or I'd be soo impatient to see what was new now.)
 
I'll save my list til things get fixed for sure, thanks for the update Robin..can't wait til you guys open back up :D
 
No problems! We know you all worked hard! Guess I will get the boys up and go to Robotics (which is what we are supposed to be doing lol) and I'll check in with you later.

Ick...good luck, Robin!! As wonderful as X-cart can be, it can also be a HUGE pain in the rear!! lol I hope the techie-dudes get back to you soon! ;)
 
I made it til the countdown said 40 minutes to go, and couldn't stay up any longer. So I missed the preview too. Can't wait to shop!!!
 
Hey everyone has a few bugs when doing something different. I was one that went shopping BUT wasn't upset cause you people are wonderful and knew you would fix the problem. OKay I lied(lol) I was upset BUT only cause I wanted to play with my new kits. lol

I just want to see the new kits so I can start planning what I want : ) Too bad you couldn't just disable ordering so I could see the new kits. I understand though....good luck and I hope it is up soon!
 
I tried a few times to download last night and the files were all empty which is weird because it took forever to download if there was nothing in them. I have never had that happen here so I figured it had something to do with the traffic
 
I'm sorry Robin! I know exactly how tiring and frustrating it is!!! I hope you can get it sorted soon then you can sit back and relax and hopefully no more problems occur!
 
dude hope you got some rest! I window shopped last night but couldn't decide so I'll check out the shoppe again when it is up!
