I just started and am not sure yet... For those that loved it, I guess it gets better? Right now (chapter 3 only) the language is a little stilted, or maybe too colloquial in places based on the time and place of the story. Anyone else find the language difficult? Reminds me of Mark Twain.
I'm going to answer my own question by saying it got WAY better, soon after the first few chapters. I am not done yet, but am on the edge of my seat biting my nails waiting to see what happens! I don't want it to end, which I always view as the sign if a really good read.
