When in the gallery or in the forums, at the top of the page is a grey bar. All the way to the left, click on user cp.

Then on the left under Settings & Options you'll see Edit Signature. Grab your image code from wherever you uploaded your signature to and paste it in the box. Then your image should be visible. Hope that makes sense. :)
