Scrapping after a 6 year break is hard!

I finally started a page, but it's not going too great. I upgraded to PSE15 from CS2, so there's a learning curve there. I apparently can't cluster and layer anything anymore either. I also don't have any of my original actions and styles, and I've forgotten how to do most things, so it took me 2 hours to edit one photo. :cursing:

I think I have to find a few basic templates just to get back into the swing of things again before I can move on to the techniques I was using years ago. I'm determined to finish a page. Wish me luck! :thumbup:

Can't wait to see your layouts in the gallery. Clustering is like riding a bike....it will come back to you :P
 
Welcome back! It IS hard to start again, but the next page won't be nearly as hard as the first one, and before you know it, you'll be back in your groove!
 
Breathe through it. It will all come back eventually. Once this page is down, the next will come faster and faster :)
 
I think using some templates would be a great way to get back into digital scrapping.

Thanks, everyone! I finally finished my page, and I think it only took 8 hours. :p My shadows still need work, but I started from scratch on those.

Welcome back, I'm on a break right now and forgetting everything is my biggest fear ���� sounds like I need to keep my break short.
 
Your finished layout looks good!! From coming from one program to another, you did a great job--especially with taking time off!! I love it and welcome back! It only gets better from here!! <3
