ScrapNArt coupon code?

You have to be logged in for the coupon codes to work, and also you can't use it on any "specials"...if it's on sale, the coupon code will not work. Not sure if either of those are causing the issue, but thought I'd suggest them as potential problem-solvers...LOL!

I'm logged in and nothing was on sale. :)
 
Actually the coupon is *for* the new cart system... not the old one. The only thing I can think to suggest is to make sure you are entering in the "coupon" box and not the "gift certificate" box (I had someone do that last week, so that's why I'm mentioning that).

I wish I had a better answer. Robin is still on vacation, so it may be a bit before we can get it straightened out.
 
I *do* know that the coupon is working because orders are coming through with it...so not sure why it's not working for some of you. If I had any insight at all, I'd let you know! LOL!
 
try it with lowercase letters and see?

I trashed my mag so I dont have the code anymore to see if it's in caps or not...if so, try it in lower case
 
is there an O or a zero? maybe it's letter not number..vice versa lol..

i'm out of ideas..

Bree did you see any come thru today? Maybe codes were disabled for Sat releases and not enabled back yet?
