scrapbooking question

I am working on a layout which used multiple kits for bits and pieces and then one kit for the majority. Is there a way to find out which files I used? I remember when I had Windows Vista they had a recently used or something similar in the operating system itself but I cant find it on windows 7. ( I did not keep track and cant remember all of them now)

no idea here, I always keep a sticky note open on my desktop and write it down as I go, then copy n paste it into the credits. Sorry hun!

Yeah, I'd be pretty surprised if there was a way to figure it out (but it would be great if someone popped in with one). I usually just rename my layers with the kit name to track them. If you just have bits and pieces of kits and you can't recall where they've come from, I'd probably just note the predominant kit in the credits and make a comment that there are various elements from other kits/designers.

My layers show up with their file names so I just go by that.

I just went into view in the folder I have all my kits and chose date accessed which narrowed it down greatly as to which kits were used since it was done on the 28th/29th and was able to figure it out that way.

Like a sticky note on a Mac? Or a paper sticky note? Just curious . . . I finally reached my savings goal & purchased a used MacBook --> I just found the 'stickies' widget! This is a GREAT idea to keep track!
