Thanks for posting this! I might actually send something this time. A few questions... are there a limit on the number of submissions? Should submissions be sent in web-size or full size? What information do we need to include with the submission? If anyone can answer this, I'd be grateful.

What a great opportunity! Is this open only for pages not yet posted in galleries?

There isn't normally a limit to the number of submissions for their other calls. If they select your layout you'll be required to remove them from galleries etc. so you will be able to submit layouts that have been posted previously just nothing that has already been published

Don't send full size unless they ask for it. I believe they usually want them smaller than 100k

Your "my goof" and "something new" pages are definetly publication worthy - go for it! I'm going to give it a shot too. Who knows?

I've had several things pubbed with their sister magazine, Paper Trends, but have never submitted to Scrapbook Trends since I don't do layouts. With Paper Trends I typically size my photos around 150 KB to e-mail with the supply list and contact info. I went back and looked at their submission page and it didn't say what the size limitations were but I wouldn't send full size, I'd still probably stick to around 150 KB. They do have a format for listing supplies :

Do you want to see your latest creation in our publications? Just send a scan or digital picture to us and our editorial staff will take a look. Be sure to include your contact information – name, address, phone number and email address – as well as a complete list of the supplies you used to make the item. For example:

Happy Birthday Card
Cardstock: Bazzill Basics
Patterned paper: Chatterbox
Decorative brads: Making Memories
Ribbon: SEI

If we choose your creation for publication in an upcoming issue, we’ll send you an email requesting that you mail it in for us to photograph. Our publications are reader-based, which means we are always publishing fresh new faces. So get creating and submit today!
