What are your scrapping habits?

I'd love to know....
simple or filled with elements?
chronological or just special events?
print layouts or keep them on computer?
1-2 special pics per page or lots of pics?

I usually stay simple, but sometimes like to use lots of elements. I keep my books chronological and print them every year. I have a hard time deleting photos so I put lots on a page!!

--- No particular order. Mostly "everyday" events.
print layouts or keep them on computer?
--- Print! I used to print them myself and put into sleeves in albums. Now I print photobooks.

---Yes. lol It just depends. Sometimes one. Sometimes several. Occasionally a bunch.

I'm just all over the place. :D
 
I gravitate towards clean, simple layouts, but often in order to showcase a kit or template for the designers, I do more layering/clustering than I normally would. I love solid papers to keep the focus on the photos. I scrap everyday photos mostly, and tend to print photobooks once every year or two. 1-2 photo layouts are easier, but I do love multiphoto pages too.

Being a theme designer, you can bet my layouts are filled with elements!

Not chronological, but I scrap everything. I have a long way to go to actually finish scrapping my daughter's childhood because I'm often designing instead of scrapping. LOL
print layouts or keep them on computer?
Eventually any layout that is significant will be printed, but I do love looking at them on computers or ipads, etc. I do have a bunch of albums sorted by year filled with lots of the layouts printed so far. I print at 8x8.
1-2 special pics per page or lots of pics?
No true preference - depends on my mood and the pics I'm scrapping.
 
my pages usually heavy with elements - too many beautiful flowers & elements in the kit, I want to use them all! :D
I don't scrap in particular order but I like to scrap the newest pictures / events because it's still fresh in my memory ;)
I used to print books but haven't lately, I need to print them, thanks for the reminder! :o
My kids are older so a lot of photos is hard to get :p so I usually scrap 1-2 photos unless I'm on vacation where I can take more pictures then I get choices! :thumbup:

Filled with elements - I can never choose, there are so many that I must use!

new releases dictate what I scrapbook... so never chronologial - and I'm really bad at special events... lol. In the rare opportunity that I don't have new releases, then my to scrap layout folder (templates with photos and journaling already done) is largest size first.

print layouts or keep them on computer?
Bound books... but I haven't printed in over a year. I like to have four books ready to print at a time so I don't have to pay for shipping.

Depends... how many do I need to tell the story? :)

1-2 special pics per page or lots of pics? LOTS of photos (I am too far behind to scrap pages with only 1 or 2 photos.)

print layouts or keep them on computer? Both. I print annual albums, but I also scrap just for my own enjoyment, so much of that is on the computer only.

1-2 special pics per page or lots of pics? Both. Sometimes I go a little overboard with my travel pics, so I tend to use more of those on a page.

Usually filled (everything.but.the.kitchen.sink type) but occasionally I'll make a simple layout & love it. Just depends on the photo(s), supplies.

Usually my CT duties kind of dictate what I'm scrapping- but I am trying to work on older photos as much as possible- 2016 is just about done! ;)

print layouts or keep them on computer?
I print 12x12 & then put into 3 ring albums. I'm going to start printing out bound books to save space, so I'm not printing anything done in the last 2 years. When I print, I just do a big batch of layouts from the oldest folders first, so my older albums should be getting finished up (the goal!) ;) I print at Persnickety Prints (they have a big sale now for prints, as well as prepurchasing print credits!)

I would say I usually have lots of pics in general, but sometimes it's a template that just has one or I only have 1 photo of the event.

simple or filled with elements? Halfway in between! I feel like I use lots of elements, but I have a lot fewer layers than many of the pages in the gallery.

chronological or just special events? Chronological, but as my kids get older I'm finding that I just don't have many everyday photos anymore. I'll never be a fully event scrapper, but I see the transition in our albums as they start featuring more events and vacations and fewer everyday moments.

print layouts or keep them on computer? Print every single one! I scrap a 6-month period at a time so that I can finish it and print a photobook.

1-2 special pics per page or lots of pics? Both! I either scrap 1-3 photos with at least one large on the page or I scrap pocket style with lots of smaller photos. It just depends on what photos I have and whether they're nice enough/important enough to be featured large on the page.

chronological or just special events? Never chronological - while I'm very Type A in my life my scrapping is the opposite - whatever grabs me at the time!
print layouts or keep them on computer? I used to print them all, but that got too expensive - so right now just on computer, but I hope to print at some point
1-2 special pics per page or lots of pics? This really depends on the photos and theme!!

Definitely not in chronological order - I usually scrap new photos when I get them, and when I'm "caught up" with those, I dig back through older pics

I do both. I have them saved on an EHD by year and also make books for our grandkiddos (from Shutterfly when they have free pages)

Depends on what the subject is that I'm making a page for

chronological or just special events? Non-chronological, everyday lives.
print layouts or keep them on computer? I haven't found a printing company that is as good as shutterfly, but their shipping to where I live cost too much to print, so so far, I have been keeping my pages on the computer.
1-2 special pics per page or lots of pics? If I am scrapping without template, I mostly do 1 or 2 photos. I usually do the lots of photos pages with templates.

1-2 special pics per page or lots of pics? Both. I have a hard time narrowing down photos. But I like one photo layouts as well.

chronological or just special events? neither. I just scrap what feels right at the moment, might be past events, might be current day/time photos.
print layouts or keep them on computer? I print Photobooks once I get to about 100 pages, however, now that my kids are young adults, I don't know if I'll have many more books to fill anytime soon. So for now, pages are on the PC.
