Boo! I got a "warning" ad today that I was close to my limit...

This week we will begin communicating directly with a small number of our listeners as we introduce a 40-hour-per-month limit on free mobile listening.

I really doubt that I have already listened to 40 hours this month. I think they are trying to scare me into paying for Pandora One. :thumbdown:

::grumble::

say what?? I listen to way more than 40 hrs a month...I work 30 hrs a week and have it playing at least half of those hours every week, plus when I'm cleaning house or in the bath...........

Are they doing that with the computer based one or just the mobile version?

I listen way more than 40 hours in a month on my computer. This could spell trouble! If it does I'm switching to Spotify where I can actually pick the songs I want to hear.

That's happened to me several times on the computer months ago... so I don't think it's a new thing (on computers at least)! But I don't remember the warning message... i just hit my limit and couldn't listen anymore... so maybe they are trying to get you with the warning!

I tried Pandora for about a week but got tired of not being able to listen to what I wanted to listen to. So now I do Spotify and I pay the 9.99 a month for the premium. I use it ALL.THE.TIME. with the premium on my iPhone and iHome and on my computer. I easily listen to 400 hours in a month so it's well worth it to me. I have umpteen playlists and I love it. But then again, I'm a music freak :o

this. exactly :)

Oh good! I am not the only one using Spotify Premium!

I held out for a while but then I realized that I was spending more than $10 a month buying music downloads for my iPhone. Now for $10 a month I have unlimited music, kind of a no-brainer for me!

I went to Spotify to be able to listen to what I want! It is great for my computer... I don't know about the mobile version, but I do know it is a pay for unlimited or the like!

GL in finding your replacement!

Spotify Premium here, too. I sit at a computer all day long at work, so that alone is worth $10/month... let alone being able to stream it to my phone in the car, etc. No need for a separate music-playing device, and no need to buy music anymore, either. Win-win-win!
