Saw "The Dark Knight" last night...

It's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good! I was skeptical that the critics were just fluffing on how well Heath Ledger portrayed the Joker in this film, but he was amazing and I just loved the whole movie!

Anyone else seen it????
 
Not, yet ;( With our schedule this summer, we haven't been able to connect up with the family we swap out babysitting duties with, so either we'll each go see it alone before it leaves the theaters, or we'll have to wait and netflix it, but we ARE seeing it.
 
I saw it. I agree - it was really good! I think Heath Ledger made the movie though and certainly think he deserves the best actor Oscar. He was INCREDIBLE.
 
Typically, this is not my kind of movie, but my DH loves this type of movie so we went to see it. I LOVED it. And that is saying a ton. Heath Ledger did an awesome job and he should definitely win some awards!!! I would go see it again.
 
I have to wait for it to come to my town. We only have ONE theater that shows ONE movie. LOL
 
We saw it, I liked it. I am not a huge Batman fan, last one I saw was with Val Kilmer, but I liked it. Heath's joker was fabulous!
 
We LOVED it - They are talking Oscar buzz for Heath - and I think he deserves it - he owned that role and it was amazing!!!!!
 
I saw it at the IMAX it was AMAZING!!! I defiantly think he should get an award for his performance....
 
The movie was awesome, except for one of the final scenes. I found it extremely disturbing...I couldn't stop crying. But, if I get into a movie, I really get into it. So, be warned... :D
 
i really really really really really want to!!! not only is heath ledger like my favorite, but batman has been my bf since i was like 8 years old! waiting for a good time for me and dennis to go, hopefully soon.

is is toooo scary for kids? like way worse than the last couple hp's?

My Zak went with his friends and he is almost 16 and he came home a little disturbed, he said that Joker was pretty dang freaky.
 
It is NOT a kids movie...not even close. It is a very intense, disturbing movie. HP is like kindergarten compared to this one. Did you see Batman Returns...it's more instense than that.
