Saving files & Uploading them...

I have a question...
I use adobe photoshop cs as my photo editting software and I was wondering, when you save your scrapbooking files, what size do you save them at and what quality? (if you want to upload them to the gallery here)

I just uploaded a card I did digitally and I noticed its very poor quality...I think it's because of the sizing and the quality I saved it at.

I was just wondering what you normally do.

With CS, flatten your image, to go File>Safe for Web>and adjust your image there. You resize the image there (one of the two tabs on the bottom right) and then use the slider bar to get to the kb size that you need. Then save it to your PC - it will already be saved at 72dpi - you just help it know what size the file needs to be.
