Sale price is different in shopping cart

Aloha! I wanted to buy this:

It is 7 dollar but when I but it in my shopping cart I have to pay 13.99???

I am logged in at the shop.

when you actually go into your shopping cart it should reduce down to $7 again - I just tried it myself
