RQOTD: Thought Provoking

Usually I post fun somewhat mindless questions just to pass time (and perhaps because I procrastinate but you know.. whatever lol ;)

Today I want to ask something pretty darn serious.

How do you want to be remembered? Also.. do you think how you want to be remembered would be different than how other people would remember you?

My intention isn't to make anyone sad but I think it is important to discuss and think about

Im not sure. I try to be nice whenever possible and help people when I can. I know I struggle with the nice a lot because some people just get under my skin and make me angry. And to be honest how people would remember me I think would depend on the person you ask. I know some people wont like me and thats ok. I think as long as I make a difference in someone's life/lives that is all that matters to me.

I think/hope that people will remember me as a strong person but also as a kind person who liked to help people when possible. Also as a person who loved life and all it's challenges and who was basically quite a happy person despite those challenges... as a person who saw the glass as always half full and made the best of life and lived life fully.

I think people view me as I view myself and that they would remember me the way I would want.

I want to be remembered by my children as someone that loved them unconditionally. That taught them how to survive and thrive, taught them the basics of life and love, gave them a sense of compassion and loyalty. I want them to always hold me in their hearts with happy thoughts and know I will watch out for them always. I want to be remembered by my husband as someone that loved him beyond all measure. As a wife that loved being his wife and a mother to his children, as someone honest, caring, and compassionate. As for anyone else, I could care less, honestly.

hmm... I want to be remembered that I was a good and loyal daughter, wife, mother, and friend... That I had a quirky sense of humor and could always find humor in the dullest of things. I want to be remembered for my love of family and everyday events... for my love to tell our family's story through photo and journaling... for my tender heart towards animals... for my strong faith...

I'm not sure how others would see me... my family would see me as I see me... but outside of that? I have very few friends... and others probably would just remember me as Dave's wife or Jake's mom...

I want to be remembered as someone who was true: truthful & lived her Truth.

I also want my daughter to believe and feel that she was absolutely known and completely loved by me, that no one understood her better or loved her more.

It is so hard for me to see myself though other peoples eyes. I guess I hope that each person will remember something different; multifaceted I guess?
I am scared that since my scrapbooks are what I leaving behind I will be thought of as "the scrapbooker/memory keeper". Not that isn't an honor, but I am more than that :)

I hope to be remembered as a strong, supportive, loving wife...a fun, nurturing, loving, dedicated mom...a kind, friendly person overall.

I just want to be remembered as someone who tried to treat people fairly. I don't know, its hard to think.

I really just want the people who are important to me to remember how much I loved them.

I want my children to remember me as someone who loved and supported them, who helped them grow into the people they're becoming. That's part of why I scrapbook. I do it to record memories for myself, but also so my children will one day see their childhoods through my eyes and realize how much I loved them.

I want to be remembered as someone who didn't just get a bunch of stuff done, but someone who made everyone feel joyful and happy! Even in the smallest way!

Let's be honest, I'll probably be remembered as a strong willed, opinionated, open-minded, pain in the ass.

Just being honest. And I'm ok with that, but I also hope that it's all with good intentions. And that I was always willing to help others out. I would do anything for my daughter and did everything in my power to give her the world.

I couldn't have said this better! But I think my family will remember me as loving & dedicated, but not so affectionate, my friends will remember me as the "photographer, scrapbooker and loud girl" and they will all remember me as the one person that would go out of their way to do whatever I could for any of them~

<3 these are wonderful girls! ty for participating!

I don't even know how to answer. Honest and kind I think :)

Honestly, I will likely be remembered as a hard nosed, persistent, stubborn, opinionated, bossy pants.

I would rather if they remembered me as a very caring, appreciative person, that would do anything for any of the people I care about.

i'd like to be remembered as someone who loves with all of her heart. someone who is real. someone who is there for those she loves no matter what. someone who is a genuinely good person. if i've hurt someone, i want to know and fix that.
