I just wanted to let you all know that if I'm not around for the next few days, that I am probably dying from the stupid kidney stone that I am trying to get out of my body! :cursing:

I'm just too much in pain to do ANYTHING right now.

Oh Paula! You sure have had more than your share lately! I hope it passes soon for you!! ((hugs))

OMG I had them when Amelia was about 9 months old, so around 5 years ago. Holy crap, anyone who says they are worse than labor is right. At least with labor the contractions go down before they peak. It was like being at the height of labor continuously. Mine blocked some tube somewhere, and wouldn't come out, so I had to have surgery. Crossing fingers you don't have that Paula...and I hope you have some good meds! I remember being SO stoned, even Tony (my cop DH, who has seen plenty of stoners) was laughing at me.

Feel better soon!

BTDT! I've had many kidney stones (have some dormant just waiting to come out at any time) but the first one was the one with the worst pain. Now it's never terribly bad, but bad enough to take something for the pain. Hope it passes soon and it's not too huge to pass with much pain!

OH NO!! Paula, that's horrible! I had stones when I was pg. with Stella and I was soooo miserable!!! {{big hugs}} I hope it passes soon!

oh NO..those are terrible...hope it goes fast for ya! At least your dr. was smart enough to figure it out..they diagnosed me with polycyctic ovarian disease and said that it was probably just one of the cysts rupturing...and then when i went back to the doctor a few months later..my girly dr. said well, i see that you passed that kidney stone............WHAT KIDNEY STONE?! i said...oh yeah...i had no clue..but wanted to die..so i hope you have lots o drugs...and it happens QUICK 4 u...after it is over..you will feel like nothing ever happened..the day after i passed mine we had 12 inches of rain in 3 hours and our whole town was flooded and i was able to fight water out of our back door...for 2 1/2 hours :) so when its over it is really over!

hugs and PRAYERS!!! xoxo

Well, this has to be the fastest I've ever passed one. While screaming in utter agony, I passed it around 4:15 this morning.

Thanks everyone for the good health vibes. :)

Did you save it? I have saved mine before to bring in to the doctors to get analyzed to see what type of stones I'm creating so I can figure out what to avoid, but I keep forgetting to give them to her...there's 2 Dixie Cups squished in my purse just waiting to be handed over. :D

feel better!!!! i had those when i was pregnant with my daughter - the WORST!!!! i feel for you!

I'm SO GLAD you passed it relatively quickly. I had a horrifically painful kidney stone experience myself last year, so I feel for you... Glad you're better today! (((HUGS)))

Aw, girl! I can definitely relate. Had one last week and it's not fun! Hope you're feeling better soon.
