Well, I'm here at the reunion. This place is HUGE! It's 12,000 square feet. It has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. They put us in the master bedroom with a king bed. My FIL told us that he wanted us in here because my knees are so bad that he didn't want me to hurt myself on the stairs. Isn't he a sweetie?

Oh and guess what? My BIL made the pancakes and bacon this morning AND he gave me the $13. LMAO He said that mom is always doing weird things like that and all I could think was Yea duh! LOL

So, I'm on for the ham & cheese croissants and fresh fruit tomorrow morning.

Whoa! That is beautiful!! *I* might even be willing to spend a weekend with MY MIL if it were in that place! lol. Hope the weekend is going ok for you so far!! Bet the master is awesome!
 
Sounds like in spite of your MIL's shenanigans, the rest of your in-laws are pretty cool. Looks like a great place for a reunion!

Seriously, that is one awesome place and I hope you are having a blast!!!!
 
Hope you have a fabulous time, that place looks gorgeous. Heck, in a place that big maybe you wont have to spend to much quality time with the MIL!
 
aren't you in Utah somewhere Paula? i can't remember. . . but that place is WAY better than where we are spending our family reunions next week! i'm having MAJOR anxiety over all the packing and planning. why do we do these things to ourselves?

Tana, this place is in Birdseye, Utah in the Spanish Fork canyon. My DH is a third generation Spanish Forkian. LOL
 
It has been very nice!! My BILs wife and I just sit in a corner and chat. LOL

The croissants were a HUGE hit!! We didn't have any left! LOL
