Retired kits?

There are a couple I have been looking for- one in particular. Yankee Doodle Candy, was that the name of it? Red, white, blue, and neon green by Dani Mogstad. There's a few pics of mine that I couldn't find that exact perfect kit to scrap them with and that one came to mind. So I went running to the store and thought, shoot, it must have retired!
Designers, do you every consider bringing them back?
