Request: Masterclasses

I would love if SSD sugar babes could do masterclass tutorials for things such as shadowing, elements/object placement in layouts, best practices, etc. It could be part of the scrap like a sugar babe series or it could be its own thing. I'm sure a lot of us would welcome the mentorship so we can get better at creating layouts for our family albums.

I've looked at shadowing tutorials so many times but I think I'm so 'in the dark' (ha ) about it that I need a really thorough lesson to understand *why* to do the processes in the tutorials, how to even know what I'm trying to achieve.

A while back, there was a process video that Krista did about her Project Life pages and it was a real game-changer for me!

You are so sweet Wendy! I always think I’m just your average “Joe” (or is it Jo, Joann, Josie, Josephine for a girl) Lol... Anyway, I tend to keep to myself thinking I don’t have anything super amazing to share - or that there are much more talented scrappers than me out there who really are the ones who should be sharing their skills! Self confidence is not my strong suit! But for what it’s worth, I just use an old drop shadow set from Amber LaBau and then I tweak and warp a few bits and pieces here and there! I shadow as I go and fine tune at the very end so that’s why my princess videos look like they do!

More in depth videos would be a great idea. Those of us who just do the stuff automatically forget that so many struggle with things we don't even think about.

I think this is. a great idea. I scrapped for years with PSP then stopped for several years and struggling through Photoshop 2021 since that is what I have.
