well we are GONNA DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DH even agreed that it may come down to me moving to VA (if I get a job 1st which is most likely) and we will sell our house and then he will just find a place to stay until he can find a job in VA......I think this will SERIOUSLY help some of my depression and anxiety just knowing I am so close to family that will drop whatever they are doing to help us....I think my mom might even consider letting Sam (my oldest) live with her.... so I am looking for a job, but probably won't seriously start applying until around Jan/Feb and this way we can work on little house things between now and then....our house is only 3 years old, so it doesn't need but some touch up paint, and minor things and it is good to go....we will also wait until then to have a Realtor come in and let us know what we need to do.......I have only told my Aunt and she is going to keep her eye out on jobs, schools etc and get more information to me between now and next summer................I am hoping that when we go home for my family reunion next year in July the great news will be that we are STAYING!!!!!!! I am seriously sooo excited...other than I SERIOUSLY LOVE my job right now.....:w00t::w00t::w00t::w00t:

Woooot, Angie! I love living near my family. It's good to be near them and have their help & support in our lives. I am praying for you!

I'm sooooo happy and excited for you....

....but I'm seriously going to pout if we don't get to meet up before you head east.

and today I pawned all the money management over to my DH....he says "it ain't gonna be pretty and you have to tell all your online scrapping friends you have been put on a shopping freeze"....I said "go for it"....so I am going to get a weekly allowance and that is what I have to spend on my "luxieries"...and I am totally ok with it :)....the more I am thinking about it, the more excited I am to embark on this journey :)

Angie - good for you! So glad you are doing this while you still have young children. I KNOW what it's like to live far away from family. It's been 30 years and I still partly regret moving so far away. It's hard every darn time I go to Joplin and have to leave again. :crying:

I really hope you can make it happen even quicker than you are planning.

I'm excited for you! Best of luck with job hunting, house hunting, and everything else that you have to do to make it happen.
