Reduced to - gasp - dial up

I'm leaving in the morning to stay with my parents for a week. I guess I'll miss my DH, but I'll certainly miss my broadband. They only have dial up and don't like to use it for too long as I tie up the phone when I do.

So I'll be scrapping away, but not doing much online. I missing it already. So I doubt I'll be around much for the next week, atlhough I'm sure I won't be able to stay away completely.

(And yeah, I really will miss DH, but a girl has to have her priorities right!)
 
AHHHHHHHH!!!! Dial up??? That is horrible!!! But I'm going to not have 'net access at all the week after. So I will feel your pain! See you in 2 weeks, Kerry! :D Have fun with your family!
 
LOL Kerry! But dial up sure sounds painful :( Enjoy your time with your family....and try not to think too much about the internet! :p
 
Ack I experienced the same thing when I stayed at my parent's house, and that was for six weeks!

Enjoy your time with your family and scrap away! :)

Oh man!! My parents are on dialup and its 20something transfer, so slow! They load a page and go clean and come back later. I feel for you!
