Quick Question

Sorry if this is the wrong place, I am not really familiar with the forum as of yet... but I had a question that had to do with a purchase I made. I was able to download the elements and the papers but then my internet started bugging out and impatient me went over my 5 time limit. I emailed about this issue 3 times and its almost been a month with no response... I absolutely adore the kit but seeing as I purchased it I am a little upset that I haven't been able to use the alpha along with the entire kit.

I am not sure what else to do since my emails to admins have gone unanswered

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check your spam folder? I know Robin is usually super quick to reply to all store emails.
