Quick question for my son...

he is supposed to interview a "community service worker" for his homework. He says they haven't really talked about this is class (2nd grade) yet. My question is, which jobs would you consider to fall in this category? I'm thinking doctor, nurse, policeman, firefighter... what else?

Streets and sanitation workers come to mind. I would also think people who hold elected offices in a community, like the mayor.

What about the librarian or other workers at the public Library? Also city bus drivers.
