Question on a KCB product

I am seriously considering doing P52 for 2013. I'm starting to think about what supplies I might need while the sale is going on. Does anybody know if these journal cards are the "standard" size (3 x4?) to slip in most templates. Are the journaling lines a layer that can be deleted from the PSD? Thanks in advance!

The cards are a mix of 3x4 and 4x6. I opened a couple in PS and, yes, the journal lines were on a separate layer.
