Question about templates

Hi! I use templates all the time. I use photoshop 7. But I have bought some templates that just will not load they just continue the loading circle u til I have to close the program. Can someone help?

Weird. Some templates are very large with so many layers. Do you know if you're opening the PDF file or the TIFF file? Sometimes the TIFF is lower and easier/faster to open.

I've never had that problem before. I would guess it's a size issue, but you've probably opened large files before, right? Do the ones that won't open have anything in common, like are they from the same designer or a different file type? Did you try restarting your computer and opening it with fresh memory? I don't know if that trick still works anymore, but sometimes my computer gets really laggy when I've been scrapping for a while and restarting perks it right up.

I have never had such issue before, but could it be that you don't have big enough scratch disk size to open those templates?
