Question about Quick Pages

For all the designers...

If a certain kit is purchased and there are coordinating QPs offerred
or if proof can be provided that a customer already owns the kit,
is there anything wrong with getting the LAYERED QPs? Instead of the
pngs or jpegs?

It would be nice to insert pictures in between layers instead of only on
top or completely away from a designed cluster.

Does that make sense?

I don't see anything 'wrong' with it at all. I typically don't save layered versions of the quick pages for very long for the reason Darcy mentioned. I'd be open to offering layered versions of the quick pages with the kit/quick page combo packs. However, I think each quick page would be a separate download and could range anywhere from 50-150MB, depending on the design.

If you own the kit and want to use the quick page, you can also add more elements from the kit to the QP if you want to add another photo and layer more elements on top. :)

Okay, so the size is the issue then. I see.

Brook, yes, I know I can do that. But I would like it
if I didn't have to do that or if I could just duplicate
existing clusters without repeating the work.

I dunno...

I just think I would actually use QPs more if they
could be more modifiable.

Thanks for offerring, Misty!

If you purchased the kit, why not just replicate the layout yourself? I've done that before when I liked the general style of a QP but needed to be able to personalize it more.
