Question about Persnickety Prints..

I am trying to order some 12x12 pages from Persnickety Prints..I am uploading them as 3600x3600 pixel pages but when I go to add it to my cart is says the resolution is low. Should I worry about it? If so, how do I fix it? I use PSP.

Are you guys sick of me yet?

Are all of them saying low resolution? Occasionally, that happens to me, but it's probably like 1 layout out of 25 where one pic isn't clear or maybe the layout includes a pic I took with my phone. If it's all of the layouts saying that, I'd definitely be concerned.

Every now and then I get a random one with this message and it's printed fine for me. I always go back and double check to make sure I didn't load my web version. Have no clue why its doing this for normal size.

I've never gotten that message when uploading, so I'd want to know why before I ordered.

When I upload photos, there's a check box at the top of the window where you can choose fast upload or regular upload. For 12x12s, you need regular so the site doesn't shrink them. Could that be the problem?

I checked regular uploads..I went ahead and ordered one to see if it would print ok before I ordered the rest...the 4x6 pictures were fine..it was just the 12x12..this is my first time ordering 12x12 so I didnt know if it was just me or not..

I've had the message once or twice as well, and I just double checked to make sure I was uploading the full res image. Everything turned out fine.

I've had the message before, too, and double checked that my resolution was right on the original, and they've always printed fine.
