Question about Lightroom

My sister just got Lightroom for her Mac and is totally new to digi scrapping and photo editing. I use Photoshop and she has been looking at the photos I've edited with the various actions I've collected. My question is this: Can the actions that are made for PS be used in Lightroom? She asked me and I have no idea! LOL

No they can't. Some action designers will offer Lightroom Presets too but the files themselves and the way the settings work are totally different.

Thanks Lynette! That is what I suspected but wasn't sure. I'll tell her to search for Lightroom-specific actions

They call them presets in Lightroom. That might help her search a bit.
