Well I wrote to customer support as well

I bought a gc from the shoppe but either I messes up or something went wrong ... but I don't know how to send it to the girl it's for. What can I do now?

then once it's approved it'll show up in your acct after you click the link (lol) then you have to put in the recipients email addy from your acct and it will send it to them
