Question about finding a past order

I was using Ponytail's Oktoberfest bundle and noticed the cards are not in my file. I'm not sure if I didn't download them or what. I put the item in my cart, and it read that I already purchased the bundle. Is there a way to find out an order number by a product name or SKU so that I can download the cards? Thanks for any help!

I did find the order by randomly clicking on processed orders from 2021, but if anyone knows of an easier way to do that for the future. . .

I'm not sure... but, that's why I save all my download emails so that I can search my emails by kit or designer name and access the links that way.

1 My account
2 order history
3 search
4 check all and scroll all the way down
5 invoices for selected

it will open a new tab and from there you can ctrl+F to find something specific on that page
if it's not on that page, close that tab and go to page 2 and do the same select all as before (step 4)

hope that makes sense

I never knew about that. Thank you, although, it didn't work for me. I tried Oktoberfest, oktoberfest, and ponytails0594 in the search, and each time it read, "phrase not found." When I tried just "ponytails," it jumped to the first time that word was found and highlighted it in green. I could tab from there and it would jump to the next occurrence. I have six pages of history and had to do each page separately. I guess the moral of the story is not to buy so much. lol

I can't remember if it were this site or not but for a while, I wasn't getting the download emails or the newsletters, so I just got in the habit of deleting the emails because I would have to go into my order history to download if I didn't download right away. That is a smart move on your part to keep those emails, though. :) I should start that practice now that I'm receiving them again.

that's really weird that it didn't work for you. But yes I would try only a keyword in the name of the kit or just Ponytails like you did. And try on each pages. I know it's not full proof but I've always found what I was looking for that way.

In your case Oktoberfest should have been able to be found. Not sure what went wrong. But you can only search through one page at a time unfortunately.

Wow! This is awesome!! Thank you, Lea! I normally click on one invoice and then use the Order numbers to page through. Using your method will save me a lot of time!

I'm always happy to help with this sorta stuff too! I can search your order history and send download links out if you email me <3

Lea! You're a lifesaver! I've always wondered if this was possible but never got around to asking lol.
