Question about a Birthday Kit?

I was wondering if anyone knows which kit SweetShoppe Designs used to make up this graphic. I love the colors!

Megs makes the ad custom for us every year so there's not usually a kit associated with it. I absolutely LOOVE this year's color palette though, so maybe she'll turn it into one <3
