We're heading into fall (tomorrow, September 22nd), so tell me, what is your favorite fall kit and what is one of the things you love about autumn?
 
It's hard to pick b/c I love every fall themed kit I have but this one is a little extra special b/c of the scatters and bits of glitter.



I love to walk around with my camera in the fall and take photos of the colors/textures of the trees/foliage. I don't often pull out my macro lens but in the fall I do. I also love the sound of the crunching leaves under my feet too. So does Taz, he will go running and leaping thru the leaves (although he does hate how they stick in his fur, so I have to pull them out and brush him more often during the fall).
 
I have a ton of autumn kits & they are all so pretty. But the one that I've used the most is this one.



I love the cooler temps and the beautiful colors here in Idaho!
 
I don't have any SS fall kits YET! I am making my wish list though :)
My son turns 16 tomorrow! He is my fall baby...
I love the colors and the start of cooler weather...that means 80s instead of 100s here.
 
Her are a couple fall kits I love ... of course there are more too! As you can tell, I'm a fan of fall colors complimented with turquoise ;) As far as things I love about autumn ... I suppose it's the beautiful foliage :)







 
I'm not into autumn much, because we don't really have that season here, and I never have autumn photos to scrap. In saying that, my favourite autumn kit is this one by Kristin. It's more brown/pink/gold than orange, so I can use it for non-autumn layouts.

I seriously can't pick one, but I love that I get to use my fall boots!!!

I love this one...makes me smile every time I see it in my folders!
(Also Beautiful Autumn by Studio Flergs, but that might be retired?)

Oh, and one of the (many) things I love about fall is apple cider :) (to include apple cider donuts & apple cider slushies...)

 
I think that technically this might not eve be a fall kit, but in my mind it is because the orange & brown feel like fall to me.


I only get a limited number of opportunities to scrap fall photos on theme, so when I say that I used this kit for 3 of them from my last fall experience, it shows just how much I love it:
 
Fall is my favorite season and I think fall kits are the prettiest, but I don't get to do the kits justice. In the fall I have back to school photos, birthday photos, Thanksgiving photos, and sometimes apple picking or Halloween photos. But all of those themes have their own kits so I don't use as many general fall kits as I'd like. I miss the days of my kids playing in the leaves and me taking tons of great fall photos! It doesn't help that in the last few years the DC-area has had long summers and very short autumns, so even when we do things outside in September and October we don't have pretty fall foliage in the background.

Most of my favorite kits that are strictly fall seem not to be in the store anymore :crying: so I'll go with my favorite Thanksgiving kit, which I've also used for fall layouts.
