What's your favorite part about December?

Is it the holidays and spending time with your family? Or maybe making resolutions for next year?
Maybe you like Winter and snow? Or celebrating Christmas?
It can be anything!
 
Everything! Its summer, we have 5-6 weeks summer holidays coming up (the kids and me), mangoes, my birthday, Christmas, more mangoes (I've eaten one everyday this week), all the other summer fruits...
 
Christmas! I don't know, I think I just love love love the feeling of it.
 
I'm not big on Christmas, but I love taking stock of the current year and getting ready for the New Year ahead.
 
I'm actually not a huge fan of December. Given that we live so far away from family (1500+miles) and it's crazy expensive to fly home, Christmas is usually a little bit bittersweet for me. But if I had to pick a reason I do enjoy the Christmas activities (crafting, baking, driving around looking at lights, parades, etc) sort of thing we do on Christmas break! Plus I'm so not a morning person so any time I can sleep past 7:30 is a great day in my book! Haha
 
My favorite is the Christmas magic. Spending time watching our favorite Christmas movies as a family, making sugar cookies and decorating them with the kids, seeing the joy on Christmas morning on our kids faces, having cooler weather here in Arizona finally lol. Those are some of my favorite things.
