PSE Question

I'm using PSE 6 and suddenly I can't get out of the fixed size dialogue box for rectangular marquee - I went from non fixed size to fixed size maybe 30 mins ago and was having no problems then & I have shut down and restarted both the program and my computer.

Can anyone help me get my non fixed size marquee tool back?

OK I got it working and finished what I was doing then I couldn't go back to fixed size again.
It works fine for eliptical marquee but not for rectangular marquee.
