PSA: Our E-Mail is Wonked!

Hey chicklets!

Just wanted to let you know that our email is wonked here at SSD. If you've sent emails to customer service, that mail has probably bounced back to you. If you've purchased in the shoppe, your order confirmations and download keys likely didnt arrive in your inbox. You can still access your downloads via your Order History in the shoppe once you're logged in.

I have a message into James to address the problem, but he doesnt seem to be around today so I am not sure when the issue will be solved. If you need to contact me, please feel free to PM me and I'll take care of whatever you need.

Hey Robin.. I dont know if this is a recent issue or what but used the Help thing in the shop about 3 weeks ago because I am having some problems with some of Zoe's stitches that I purchased in Feb but I didn't hear anything back. Should I PM Zoe?

I dont recall a mail about Zoe's stitches recently but the main problem has been in the last 24 hours. I can try to help ya out if you want to PM me but I'm sure Zoe would be happy to help you too.
