PS CS5 question

I have mucho actions and styles loaded in PS. I noticed last week that they were no longer loaded after I did a restart of my computer. I thought it was a fluke until I restarted again today.

It only happens only on a computer restart and not when I quit and reopen PS. Anyone have a solution? I hope there is a setting somewhere I missed or something easy like that.

hmmm...I'm using CS5 and haven't had that problem at all. I can understand the frustration though! Off to look at my settings.
