PS book recs?

Someone I work with wants to learn Photoshop, but has no clue where to start and wants a good book to help him learn. He's using CS2. Anyone know of some good books for a total PS beginner?

I love love love Total Training, they're dvds for your computer, you follow along with them. They're beyond awesome.
