Project Life Album Help

Hi ladies! I am about a year and half behind on my scrapbooking....ugh. I am thinking about creating some Project Life albums to get myself caught up. I hear that it is faster than traditional digital scrapbooking, so maybe that is just what I need to get caught up. Can I see some of your completed albums to get an idea as to what they look like? I don't plan to make them hybrid...just digital. Do you have any templates that are a must for project life? Thanks in advance for all the help you can give me.

Check out the templates by our designers specifically for Project Life here. Janet has a specific full album if you want to use that. I did my entire 2013 album in just a few weeks (only on Fridays) by using a single template, a simple kit as my base, and just decorated for specifics. I did one panel for each month that was decorated a bit, and let the photos/journaling speak for themselves, otherwise. You can check out my gallery to see how I did it. But I seriously finished the whole year in about 5 straight Friday nights.

I still do some traditional digital layouts and just organize them chronologically.

Have you seen the Long Term Project section of the forum? A lot of people share their completed LOs in the yearly and monthly threads so you can see how their albums are coming together.

Thank you for the help! I am hoping that by scrapping this way I can get caught up pretty fast. I also have two trips that I need to scrap on top of the year and half day to day type things. Oy.

I would highly recommend Traci Reed's Project Life collections. She comes out with a new one every month. Good luck!

Also, don't forget to check out Penny's This Life collection... she has a kit for each month with templates... all the months are in the store...



She had a set prior to this:12 months... same concept and I scraped P365 2011 with... it went together super fast! Some of the pages would be in my gallery.

Also Lauren has a month collection... releasing each month... and it has templates, too...
