PROBLEMS AT THE CHECKOUT

It has never happened to me since I came to SSD.

Now I cannot pay for my order :confused:

Any help, please please... :blink:

last time this happened to me, I logged out and then logged back in and it worked - worth a try Zora
 
Well, I have the 4 new freebies in my cart and it's charging me 0.65 for shipping :D

I've logged out and in a few times.
 
Okay... I removed the freebies and it allows me to go to checkout and pay.

Then I made separate order with freebies only - voila!

So they are freebies that might cause checkout probs.

However, there were no dowlonad links sent to Kristin's freebie and neither they show in the invoice.

I noticed on my freebie that "free shipping" was set to NO, so I switched it back to YES.
However, the shipping freight was already set to $0.00, so I don't know where the $.65 was coming from.
I'm probably just x-cart stupid.
 
My account is being logged on forum (I can comment, see?) but when I go to shop to check out the new freebies, it required me to log in. I enter my account and pass, it announced "Invalid login or password", I decided to recover password, then it announced my email address is invalid again. What happened to me :crying:
 
the forum username and password is separate from the shoppe's username and password... if you haven't purchased anything in the shoppe before then you'll need to register an account :)
