I just bought Julies new kit, Smirk-I have downloaded it at least 5 times and each time it says its invalid when I try to unzip it. Now it wont even let me download it saying the download has been clicked over 5 times and the link has been disabled...its only on the EP download for the kit...help!!!!

You should put in a customer service ticket so that Robin or one of the other admins can help you. They can check the links and reactivate them. That stinks to have that happen!!
