Priscilla is with her lil Lucas at the hospital. He has been pretty sick, and they are not sure what is wrong. They have him on IV antibiotics, and think it might be some form of strep, but the throat culture came back negative!

She wanted me to post here and let you all know!

I accidentally just posted about this- he's back on antibiotics for staph--but at least they think they know what's happening now. We're thinking of you Priscilla!!! :)

Hopefully they will do a SECOND strep culture. Sometimes they make mistakes. I'd ask for a second culture and/or a second opinion.

Take my "gall bladder" test...the blood test came back negative...my gall bladder was FILLED to the brim with stones. They made a mistake. I threw up for a solid week after the test until they finally decided to do an ultrasound and found out they had made a mistake.

Here is hoping he will be ok and they will find out quickly what is wrong.

They've run soany cultures it's not funny. At least 2 rapid swabs for strep throat and the longer test on those came back neg. too. He had a wowed blister on foot and that's where the staph was growing. Just one test but it seems to be the only thing left. He's pumped full of antibiotics so whatever is ailing him doesn't have a lot a chance.

I amfinally getting a lite fresh air and typing on my phone so excuse typos.

Ihave been doing Twitter and faveboook updAtes since those are quick so feel free to cjeck there. Keep fingers crossed we go home tomorrow. Will doesn't like not staying with us so that's tough. Very drained .. Physically mentally emotionally....

Thanks for posting Deena and updating Stephanie.

Poor thing!! I wonder if it is the crazy vomiting and fever thing that went around my house here...Chloe was sick for several days, off and on...I was afraid she would be dehydrated! Scary stuff when the babies are sick :(

Oh! I just saw your update, Priscilla! That's what I get for not reading the entire thread... Staph...yikes!! I hope those antibiotics wipe everything out soon (((HUGS)))
