Remember last week when I was saying what a big Taylor Swift fan my almost-15 year old daughter is?

Well, when Christmas rolls around, she won't even care that I didn't get the red Keds that I showed you.

Cause I just got 6th row FLOOR seats for her Red Tour that's coming here in August!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently, last time she was here, the arena sold out in like 15 min, so I wasn't even sure that I could get them. Tickets officially go on sale Friday, but I signed up on the TS website to get a presale code. I logged in today the minute they went on sale.

Just had to share my excitement here since I can't post on fb where she'll see.

Now bring on Christmas, baby!!

you do rock! i can't wait until we go in august. we're nowhere NEAR row 6 but my daughters don't know yet. i'm hoping i can hold out until emma's bday in july....but i dunno....
 
That's awesome Libby! Definitely a MOY worthy feat.I tried getting pre-sale tickets here and couldn't get them. I'm not sure if I should even bother trying on the "public" date.

Cheyanne wanted to go so bad but the only place near us she's coming is Foxboro (5 hours away) and it's right after we get home from our cross-country trip this summer :thumbdown:
 
Awesome!! I really wanted to take Caitrin in August too, but the prices I was looking at were outrageous for the 4 of us since we'd all want to go. LOL What a great present!

We are seeing her in Toronto in June, good seats, but def. not floor seats! LOL!

Keely, I would try on the day they go on sale for the public, I couldn't get any during the presale, but managed to get seats when they went up for the general public :)
 
Oh yeah, Sherri, if I was trying to buy more than just 2 tickets, there's no way we could do it. Luckily, Jeff appreciates the importance of mom/daughter time, so he's fine with staying home with the baby. It's SO expensive otherwise. Though my friend in Orlando was telling me about ticket prices there... it made Wichita look like a bargain!

Keely, that is SUCH a bummer that you couldn't get in for tickets there! How do they do the sales for the general public where you are? Here, they do a lottery system to avoid people camping out all night. I was afraid I was going to have to go down there for that!
 
My dd was ecstatic over nose bleed seats for Maroon 5 - I can't imagine how thrilled your dd is going to be!!! I hope you can get a picture of her reaction!!

I tried to get TS presale and/or AMEX presale for Atlanta, Charlotte, or Columbia SC (guess they didn't approve Columbia although it's on her site b/c I don't see it on ticketmaster) and couldn't get tix for any of those cities...was bummed

Nothing on public sale date either..burns me though when I see tickets on scalper sites 10 mins after presale opens
